There's something to be said for knowing your product and Dennis set the highest standard in that category. I felt really good when I drove away from the dealership and thats a great thing when a regular working person like myself writes a $107k check. I recently bought my third new Mercedes at your dealership. My salesperson was Mr. Joe Politi. I wanted you to know that I had an excellent sales experience. Mr. Politi was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and guided me well in selecting options. He was punctual, professional and courteous throughout the entire transaction. What an asset to your dealership!!   Deborah made dinner reservations for us. She was delightful to be with and was there for us every step of the way! I purchased my car via phone with the help of Ron Belson. This car will be used at my second home in Naples, FL. I am at my primary residence in Pennsylvania at the present time and needed assistance in locating and purchasing the vehicle that I wanted.
