Mike Cozza has joined Mercedes-Benz of Naples with a wealth of automotive experience. Mike grew up in the automotive business and has worked in every phase of the business in one form or another throughout his career. His family owned several Dealerships in western New York and New Jersey during the 70's and throughout the 80's. In that family owned operation Mike honed his well rounded skills by working in the Sales, Service, Parts and Detail departments. Mike's love of the service and parts side of the business has driven him towards his current position. After moving to Florida in the late 80's Mike continued his love affair with cars by working for many different automobile manufacturers until arriving at Mercedes-Benz of Naples in 2008. A native of New Jersey, Mike and his family have called Florida their home for almost 25 years. Working with Mercedes-Benz has given Mike a new appreciation of just how special a Mercedes really is. Craig has been working with the Mercedes-Benz brand for the last 27 years. He started with Mercedes-Benz USA Corporate Headquarters in 1987 holding several different positions. In 1994, Craig decided to relocate his family to Naples and become part of the Mercedes-Benz of Naples family. Craig has excelled since joining Mercedes-Benz of Naples due to his unparalleled customer service and his ability to manage his outstanding staff.  Hi! My name is Lori Gregory I am the
Service Receptionist, at least that is my title. I also handle scheduling service
appointments, assisting the service advisors, assisting the Loaner Fleet Manager
in setting loaner appointments and
providing and accepting loaner cars, to name a few of my tasks. I came to Mercedes-Benz in January 2011 and
though this is my first experience in the automotive industry, I am well versed
in customer service.
My favorite part of my position is the contact I have with our clients and
the ability to assist them in an efficient manner. Since I will more than then likely be your
first contact in the service department it is important to me that you have a
positive experience, that you are satisfied and confident with Mercedes-Benz of
Naples before you ever arrive. I treat

Many of you know Jackie Dressman by her wonderful personality, and bubbling charisma. She's been a valuable asset to the Mercedes-Benz of Naples team since she returned in 2007. A New Jersey native, she graduated from Glassboro State college in 1986 with a bachelor of Arts. Her father then suggested she find a summer job, and that's where the story begins. Today Jackie has been with Mercedes-Benz since 1989, living in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, and Naples. Jackie has been a Master Certified Service Advisor since 1995, she accredits all her success to the wonderful clients she's helped over the years. You can count on Jackie. | |

Damien Krohse has been working in the automotive industry for more then 17 years and brings both experience and professionalism. Damien is a friendly and courteous service advisor who believes customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspects of his job. Although Damien just started with our dealership at the beginning of 2011, he already has completed his base certification with Mercedes-Benz. He feels he has found his best work "family" with a dealership that has his same strong belief on customer satisfaction. Myers by the way of Knoxville, Tennessee. Although new to Mercedes-Benz, he has
been in the automotive repair business since 1998 when he enlisted in the US
Army and started learning how to repair Hummvee's and other light wheel vehicles
in and out of the United States. He came to us from the Sears Automotive Centers
in Fort Myers and has continued to demonstrate his "Putting clients first
