Luis is an outstanding representative for Mercedes-Benz. . . very articulate, extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes products, went above and beyond in comparing (at my request) my BMW to the Mercedes-Benz E Class. He never pressured, but was always instantly available and I thank him for guiding me to this Mercedes E550, which I already LOVE. Curtis Alden is a true gentleman. He spent all the time necessary with me to make me feel at home in my new vehicle.
