Just a quick note to say "thank you" for the attention and support you gave to my wife yesterday and also for the overall buying experience. You made the experience very enjoyable!!! I will drive the new car today and am sure that in the next couple of weeks will need a tutorial from you on all the bells and whistles!! I can't remember but do you guys still own the Bentley dealership? If yes, sometime down the road I might want to trade my SL500 in on a new Bentley!!! At least it is a dream today!!!! Or you might persuade me to buy another Mercedes!!!!!

My experience with Mercedes Benz started with a phone call where I was promptly and pleasantly connected with Luis Alvarado.  Luis was very helpful and encouraging to the point where I felt excited and found myself saying I would find time to come in and speak with him the following week.  So, I did.

Luis is the essence of professionalism.  He is a sterling representation of what I am sure Mercedes Benz of Naples is striving to portray to potential clients. Their purpose and character.

My entire experience? from the conception to the reception and on to signing, where Tom was ever so patient and welcoming, I have no complaints.. only accolades!

I purchased a certified Mercedes C230 from your dealership in July 2007. I wanted to take a moment to advise you of the excellent service I have received since then.

I was just in yesterday and spoke with Tom Neglio. He assisted me with paperwork to receive money back from the remaining extended CPO warranty since we just traded the car. Tom, like everyone at your dealership, was very helpful and nice to work with int eh few minutes I met him.

I wanted to especially let you know of the exceptional service that my wife and I received through the years from Jackie Dressman. It's not often that a wife reports a wonderful experience getting her car serviced to her husband. A courtesy vehicle was always ready and Jackie not only took care of what we brought the car in for, but advised us of other issues as well. She always had a smile and made the experience one you look forward to. She really got the job done. In fact, even though Mercedes of Ft. Myers is almost within spitting distance from my home, we still came to Jackie for service. We tried once to get service there for convenience, but was less that satisfactory.

I was disappointed to give the car and the service up since we needed a little larger SUV. Although the ML was not in our budget right now with a new family, we will be back to buy something else in the future.

Here is a nice story about Mercedes-Benz of Naples.

Christmas before last my friend, Ruth Fraser, who lives in Ft. Myers, was being given a new car by her husband. The only caveat was that she had to pick it out by herself with no help from him.

She loved her Beamer so went to pick out a new Beamer in Ft. Myers.

As she lives at Barefoot Beach in Bonita and Germain had just opened a BMW location here on Route 41 so she went there to buy it. She stood in the lobby while men rused past her with her keys in hand for 15 minutes before anyone approached her and that was the kid who had to go ask someone about every little thing. She was negotiating price, but no one in authority cared.

So she drove on down Rout 41 to Jaguar. That salesman was very nice and he said the new Jag was coming out in a month and she should wait for that. He told her he would call when it came in and he did.

So she drove on down to Mercedes-Benz of Naples. She walked in and they were all over her. The receptionist immediately offered her some water or coffee, called a salesman who could not do enough for her- models shown, test drive offered, brochures, introduction- just what you would expect when making such an important purchase (and writing a check for that amount of money.)

Needless to say she went with Mercedes. It was a very pampering experience and she had her new car in a day or two. She loves it.

Enjoyed sitting with you last evening.

We are off to find the car at Collier Reserve and return it.

I would like to give sincere thanks to all the employees at Mercedes-Benz of Naples. This is my second experience with this dealership, and it was just as positive as the first. From the woman who greeted me at the door to the man who detailed my new car, everyone was courteous, helpful and went out of their way for me. In particular, I would like to thank Joe Jalbert for his professionalism and patience. He and I communicated over several weeks and he made my experience a pleasure. Carl Kovach was thorough and insightful with all of the fomalities of car buying. He treated me like I was part of his family. Tom Hite is always a pleasure to do business with. He remembered me from my first visit 3 years ago, which was impressive. He was resourceful and relentless in getting a fair price for my vehicle. I spent quite a few hours with these three people and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They went above and beyond and that's what will keep me coming back. You didn't just sell me a car last week- you make me a lifelong customer! I feel privileged that this dealership is my neighborhood Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Hi Mack-

I just wanted to let you know how lucky you are to have an employee like Jackie on board. 

I called her Dec 26th with what I thought was an oil leak and asked if I could bring in the car even though I did not have an appt. As I was planning on leaving town the following day from my work, in Cape Coral, which is about an hour from your location, I also asked Jackie if I could have a loaner so I could finish run errands.
 
Later in the day on the 26th, Jackie called me to inform me that I had a diesel leak and she had to have the parts fed exed in the following day. I explained I had to work in Cape Coral the morning od the 27th and was leaving from at 1pm to go to the East Coast and would not be returning to Naples.  I was concerned b/c I had the loaner and she had my car. She told me not to worry and we would work it out.

The morning of the 27th was covered with fog and I75. I was sure the parts wouldn't make it... but they did.  Jackie got my car fixed and drove it to me personally off of Exit 131 in Ft Myers by 1pm so we could swap cars and I could leave for my trip.  Thanks to Jackie- I got the car fixed and made my trip.

Honestly, this is the BEST customer service I have ever received! And I haven't even mentioned Jackie's upbeat and pleasant demeanor... Jackie deserves employee of the month/year/century if you have such a thing.... 

Thanks again!  I look forward to continuing to do business with Mercedes Benz of Naples and with Jackie.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

 

I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO YOUR SERVICE DEPT. ON THURSDAY, 1/31/08 AT 11:45 AM WITH A SLIGHT OIL LEAK.  I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS ALMOST LUNCH TIME AND THAT RATHER THAN HAVE ME WAIT THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE ME A LOANER CAR, GET MY CAR IN AFTER LUNCH  AND GIVE ME A CALL WITH THE RESULTS.  I LEASED MY CAR IN ST. LOUIS, MO FROM THE SAME DEALER I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS.  SAME DEALER, SAME SALESMAN.  I THOUGHT MY DEALER IN ST. LOUIS WAS THE VERY BEST UNTIL THIS PAST THURSDAY.  THAT IS WHEN I FOUND OUT WHAT REAL SERVICE IS LIKE.


MY LEASE WILL BE UP IN TWO YEARS AND YOU CAN BE ASSURED I WILL GIVE EVERY EFFORT TO GET MY NEXT MERCEDES AT YOUR DEALERSHIP.  THIS WAS JUST A NO HASSLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
