Our service representative Lori Nilsen was amazing!! We had just arrived in Naples and she helped us out immediately. As it turns out the car needed a major repair which lasted four days and Lori provided status updates along the time span. Lori arranged for a loaner car which turned out to be an electric vehicle and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
