I called an mad a appointment for “just an oil change”. I drove 20 miles and when i got to the dealer they said they wouldn’t reset the service light unless i did the full A service. They even said it was a Legal issue. Since when by me refusing to do extra service did MB consider this a legal issue? I walked out and will never be back. I have a 2025 MB GLS

Recently stopped by on the dealership to wash my car. I could do it for years and at that time I was unpleasantly surprised that no more complimentary car wash. Mercedes benz of Naples confidently is going down and now keeps a leader position among all dealerships in category Worse customer service. Audi, Porsche, even Nissan and Kia all of them provide a complimentary car wash, but Mercedes Benz of Naples. Such a shame for luxury cars dealership.
