Of course if you have all the service on your Mercedes-Benz done at our dealership there is no worry about parts. We only use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts from oil filters to transmissions.

But we understand that some owners, particularly those with older models that are out of warranty may have a favorite mechanic or may even want to perform some replacements themselves. To serve those customers, we offer a full service parts department staffed with knowledgeable parts experts who can help you identify the exact part you need.

While we have an extensive parts inventory to support our service department and parts customers, there will be times when we won’t have the part you need (particularly on older models) in stock. To make the whole process of ordering a part simpler and to eliminate a wasted trip to the dealership we have created a convenient online “Parts Request” form located under the “Parts” tab on the site. Once we have the information on your year, model and the part you need we will be back to you via your preferred method of contact.

If you are uncertain of the part, or the name or number of the part our parts specialists will be happy to assist you. When the part has been positively identified we will give you a competitive quote and wait for your confirmation. If the part is in stock we will pull it and have it ready for you when you visit the dealership. If the part needs to be ordered we will give you an estimated delivery date and then contact you when the part arrives at our shop.

Watch For Parts Specials

Before you contact us with your parts order, check to see if we are running a “special” on the part you need. From time to time we are able to offer discounted prices on all of our products and services. For example, we currently offer an excellent price on the new “Illuminated Star” that uses a light conductor and LED to softly illuminate the Tri Star logo located on the front grill. If you are a member of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America we can offer you a 15% discount on any parts order. These specials are time sensitive and change frequently.
